Mango is currently in Closed Beta. We’re working with close partners to grow Mango’s capabilities responsibly. We’ll be offering limited early access based on availability. Let us know your ready to start using Mango using the early access signup below. Spot are limited and not guaranteed.

What edition of Salesforce works with Mango?

Mango works with all editions of Salesforce!

Doesn’t AI train on my company data?

No, your data is not used for training the AI model. All features related to Mango’s performance improvement are kept within your organization. You data is still secured by Salesforce. Your privacy comes first. We do not collect any information from your organization.

I’m a developer. Can I add features to Mango?

Yes! Mango is customizable. You can add your own actions relative to your own business processes to Mango. You’ll be able to empower your users to accomplish more, faster, and from anywhere in the org. More information on how will be available soon!

I’m not a Developer. Can I add features to Mango?

Yes! Mango has the ability to create new features for you. It’s a self improving assistant! Tell it you want a new feature, give it the details, and it will create it for you! Keep in mind you’ll be doing this in a sandbox and not production for access and safety reasons.

How do I get this installed in my Salesforce org?

When available, you’ll use the link to install Mango into your Salesforce org. You’ll be able to purchase licenses, manage who uses it, and enable or disable specific capabilities anytime. You’ll be able to start using Mango AI within 60 seconds after installation. It’s super easy.

Can I repurpose this chatbot for my organizations needs?

Mango is highly customizable. While it works right out of the box to benefit most users, you can always add features or automations to make it do what you need. We help larger companies modify Mango do whatever is most valuable to the organization and it’s users. While we are growing responsibly, please expect major customization projects to require significant time. Reach out to us via email for any special inquiries!

What are Mango’s limits?

Mango can be placed anywhere in Salesforce. It’s limited to your data and data which can be collected from the internet for your organization and users. It is empowered with common actions, but cannot perform tasks outside of those actions (unless of course you add new capabilities.)
